Terms and Conditions
General Condition:
The apartment caters for a maximum of 4 people.
Reservation and payment:
A 30% non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking in order to reserve the apartment.
The balance, along with a €100 refundable deposit, is to be paid to our agent in Argeles on the date of arrival.
The refundable deposit is a guarantee against breakages, loss of inventory, damage to the property or other loss incurred.
It will be returned to you when the apartment has been checked. Conditions of occupancy:
The rental period begins every Saturday at 4pm on the first day and finishes the following Saturday at 11am on the last day.
• Smoking Policy : We operate a No Smoking policy in the apartment.
• Pets : We do not allow pets in the apartment.
• Cleaning: The apartment is cleaned during changeovers but not during occupancy of our guests.
• Electricity & Water : These are included in the rental price
